About Me

As the Sr. Director and Head of Analytics & Innovation at ZoomInfo (NASDAQ:GTM), I am a seasoned leader in People Analytics and AI, focused on driving the strategic application of data to deliver significant business impact. My role centers on optimizing workforce management and enhancing product capabilities by overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of innovative solutions, from initial concept to full-scale deployment, leveraging advanced analytics, machine learning, and natural language processing. My core focus is translating complex data into the clear, actionable insights that inform key strategic decisions.

I have a proven record of establishing world-class, cloud-based environments to support enterprise-wide data science and serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership. By partnering closely with Product Managers and AI Engineers, I build data pipelines and services that create corporate value and deliver a comprehensive suite of data science products.

Furthering my commitment to the frontier of responsible AI, I am a founding member of the Computational Logic Lab at New York University. This role allows me to contribute to pioneering research on the ethical reasoning and moral frameworks of large language models, effectively bridging the gap between cutting-edge academic theory and real-world business application 

My academic background provides a strong foundation for my work, with a Ph.D. in Cognitive Science and Machine Learning from Columbia University.  I also hold advanced degrees in Learning Analytics, Administration, Leadership & Technology, and Social Science.
